Cake Bites!

I've always wanted to make cake bites & I finally was able to make them tonight! they are the perfect snack & everyone loved them! I will definitely make these lil bites more often. There made with chocolate cake & filled with strawberry and covered in chocolate and drizzled in white chocolate.

Shell & star cupcakes

I made the shells from fondant, to achieve the look I used brown and lightly mixed it to achieve the marbled look.

Turtle Cake

Proposal Cake

A friend of mine called me and asked me to make a birthday cake for his lovely gf, after picking a heart shaped cake surrounded in roses he asked me to write “Will you marry me ?” !! I was honored to make this cake and was excited and nervous!! And she said yes! Congratulations to the newly engaged couple :)
